Chief Executive Officer
Jason G. Baldwin, an experienced and dedicated professional with a demonstrated history of working in the security and investigations industry. As the co-owner of Red Line Security Guard and Investigations, Jason brings his expertise in physical security, security management and training, and executive protection to the forefront. Jason holds an Associate's degree in Accounting from Mott Community College. He is proficient in Office Management and has a strong business development acumen, spearheading our expansion in the Michigan market ensuring the growth and success of Red Line Security Guard and Investigations. Jason's professional, dependable, and discreet approach to security and investigations has made him an invaluable asset to clients and the industry. Jason is also a Certified Pistol License Instructor, which allows Red Line officers to have the in-house training necessary, should and if the utilization of firearms is required. His experience in executive protection, corporate security, and leadership ensures that Red Line Security Guard and Investigations continues to exceed client expectations and deliver outstanding results.
Richard Dicks
Co-Owner and President
Richard Dicks Jr is a co-owner and partner of Red Line Security Guard and Investigations LLC. Through this company, he has worked with clientele executives, groups, and organizations. Richard’s career includes working at the state level as a corrections manager, and in the city as a law enforcement officer. Upon retiring, he continued as a civil rights investigator with jurisdiction to investigate state, county, township, and city law enforcement officers. Richard later served as an operations manager for the state and ensured 12 departments were following guidelines set forth by the U.S. Department of Health Human Services, USDA Food and Nutrition Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and U.S. Department of Justice – Office of Civil Rights. Richard’s experience was elevated after having conducted forensic interviews with kids and teenagers at a county rape crisis center in the role of a behavioral health clinician.
