I'm Richard Dicks Jr., the Co-Owner and Executive Director of Red Line Security Guard & Investigations, Inc. I am a retired law enforcement officer with experience in a plethora of fields as a public servant. My 22-year track record in public service includes being an investigator, which created opportunities to home my skills for providing safety and security in public and private environments.
The set of skills acquired introduced ways to detect civil and criminal activity that was assessed as low, moderate or high level of danger, and how to identify the levels of activity to reduce the threat. I understand the importance of strategic planning, quick adaptation, and effective communication in the security and investigative industry, which has carried over to my leadership role at Red Line Security Guard & Investigations. Let me elucidate, with my background and experience, I am proud to employ my skills to detect fraud within the insurance industry. For instance, obtaining video documentation of fraud must first come with a knowledge of limitations or level of activity to determine whether those seeking compensation for injuries are legitimate. As important, are my skills in handling accident investigations, conducting interviews, serving subpoenas, locating witnesses, report writing, and testifying in court. Red Line Security and equipped with skills and interwoven with security and investigative techniques. We work in high-stress and decision-making environments which indicates that we employ highly skilled professionals who bring diverse backgrounds and expertise to our services. Executive Protection/Security Specialist
Job Overview:
The Executive Protection, Security Specialist is responsible for providing protective services to high-profile clients, including executives, celebrities, and other individuals who may be at risk of harm. The Specialist will work as part of a team to provide security planning, risk assessments, protective details, and emergency response services.

Job Overview:
The Private Investigator is responsible for conducting investigations into a wide range of cases, including domestic, criminal defense, and civil cases, workplace investigations, and insurance fraud investigations. The Private Investigator will have training and experience in protective services, risk management, and emergency response, and will use this expertise to conduct investigations safely and effectively.
